Karen and her Mom have been hard at work trying to get all of the little guy's bedding done before he gets here. They are making his quilt, bumper, sheets, crib skirt, window curtain, diaper stacker, and rocker pillow. It is all turning out great. Only a few more pieces to do and everything will be done.
This past weekend Karen's parents came up to pick up/deliver/and set up our baby gift from them. They got us an amazing rocker. It is such a nice gift. Karen and I will be able to rock all of our children quite well in this rocker, possibly all at the same time if need be.
30 weeks into the pregnancy and Karen is feeling great. Karen is very eager for the little man to be here. We are so excited to start the journey of raising kids and building a family together.
We had a great time this last weekend at our baby shower in Tri-Cities. Lots of family and friends blessed us with so many cute and useful things for our little guy and we are very thankful. The baby's room is busting at the seams now that we have gotten all of the gifts home. We love it! Thanks to everyone who came, we can't wait to introduce you to our new baby.
Well, we have finally finished the babies room. Now all it needs is him. We had so much fun making it our own. We walk by and it makes us smile because it reminds us that he will be here soon. 9 weeks and counting! Still haven't decided on a name yet, so when you see or talk to us ask us what we are thinking. We would love your input!
